St. Joseph’s Indian School
Since the 1920s this privately-funded, accredited residential facility has been a "home away from home" for Lakota (Sioux) children from all the various tribes in South Dakota. In Lakota we say "Tiyospaye" or "Extended Family" and here at St. Joseph’s we are family for over 200 Lakota students.
