Missing/Murdered First Nations (Native) Women
List of First Nations women who have gone mssing and or were murdered in the past 15 years or so. Most of these women received no media attention.
It is our hope to let society know that this has happened and to attempt to get these cases active again. We are also organizing a womens memorial quilt called "Vanished Voices - NEVER AGAIN! which, when completed will be shown in several communites, hoping to raise awareness of the dangers on the streets, addicton, prostitution, etc.
Resources will be available at each showing to help those wanting to receive help. Miigwetch!
