Vietnam Highlands Assistance Project
The Vietnam Highlands Assistance Project was founded in 1989 by Lutheran Family Services in the Carolinas. The project carries out humanitarian aid/development, cultural preservation and advocacy primarily directed to the Montagnard/Dega native peoples of Vietnam's Central Highlands provinces of Daklak, Gialai, Kontum, Lamdong, and Khanh Hoa.
